Import Rules & Regulations

• • Steering: Only left-hand drive vehicles are allowed.
• • Age restriction: Maximum 10 years old for personal vehicles.
• • Temporary entry: Vehicles can be temporarily imported and driven with origin country plates for 3 months, renewable for another 3 months.
• • Vehicle must have valid registration at origin and metal plates for at least 8 months.
• • After 8 months, vehicles must either: Be taken to Zarqa Free Zone for duties/payment and permanent registration,
• • Be re-exported, or
• • Be sold duty-free.

• • Destination port: Aqaba.
• • Shipping method: Container, approximately 24-33 days.
