• Tax Threshold: Account for excise duties and VAT if the vehicle is >6 months old and has >6,000 km, as these will affect the total cost.

To register the vehicle, submit these to the district authority (Starostwo Powiatowe) or town council (Urząd Miasta):

• Proof of Ownership: Or document confirming transfer of ownership.
• Prior Registration Proof: If previously registered.
• Certificate of Roadworthiness Test: If applicable.
• Excise Duty Payment Certificate: For passenger cars and other motor vehicles.
• Customs Clearance Proof: Evidence that the vehicle has passed customs.
