Barbados

• Vehicles must be 4 years or younger with an odometer reading of 50,000 km or less.
• Right-hand drive vehicles are allowed.
• No inspection is required for used cars imported into Barbados.

• No restrictions on age or mileage for vehicles if the conditions for returning nationals are met.
• They are exempt from duties and taxes on used vehicles if they meet the criteria (proof of ownership and residence abroad).
• Vehicles older than 4 years or with over 50,000 km are allowed if owned for at least 4 years prior to importation.
• If owned for less than 4 years, the car must be less than 4 years old and have less than 50,000 km.

• No age or mileage restrictions, and vehicles are duty-free.

• Criteria: Barbadian citizens over 50 years of age who have lived abroad for 10+ years.
• Exclusions: Nationals deported for criminal activities do not qualify.
• Proof of residence abroad and other documentation is required.
