Basic Shipping Details
- • Year Restriction: Used cars generally not allowed for permanent import.
- • Destination Port: Cartagena.
- • Shipping Time: 31-41 days (RORO).
- • Vessel Schedule: Less than bi-monthly.
Key Import Rules
- • Drive Type: Only Left-Hand Drive (LHD) vehicles allowed.
- • Permanent Import:
- • Used vehicles cannot be imported by non-diplomats.
- • Only new vehicles (current year, 0 km) allowed for permanent import.
- • Exceptions:
- • Diplomats may import used vehicles.
- • Classic / collector cars allowed under special approval.
Temporary Import
