Terms and Conditions

All prices on Qualitex Trading are FOB.

Freight, Insurance (if required), Shipping Agent Fee, BL Fee, DHL Charges, THC (Terminal Handling Charges (THC), Vanning and Repair will be charged in addition to the FOB price

Year and Month mentioned for the cars are date of First Registration in Japan and indicate Date of Manufacture

Inspection will be charged separately (if required)

Vanning and THC will be charged additionally, if shipment is made by container

Any other additional cost will be added to the invoice

If shipment is made other than FWT Logistics then 15,000 JPY will charged as special service charges

L/C facility is available (letter of credit (L/C))

No credit facility is available

No car will be reserved until 30% of total invoice amount is received

For special car orders, 30% of quoted price has to be sent as security deposit

Customers are requested to settle advance payment latest by 'Payment Date' mentioned on the Pro Forma Invoice. In case where payment is delayed Qualitex Trading reserves the right to cancel the order. Any advance payment which is received after the 'Payment Date' as per Pro forma invoice can either be refunded to the client or adjusted against a fresh order.

No vehicle shall be shipped until and unless we receive at least 50% of total invoice value.

Customers are required to settle complete balance against their purchase within one weeks of departure from Japan.

The payment must be credited in the account designated by Qualitex Trading. During this period and the copy of T.T (Telegraphic Transfer ) has to be emailed or faxed to our head office in Japan for account reconciliation.

In the event were balance payment is not credited in to Qualitex Trading's designated account within two week of shipment Qualitex Trading will reserve the right to cancel the order. In this case advance payment made earlier for the same order will not be refundable to client.

Original B/L and other export related documents shall only be handed over after receipt of full or remaining balance payment.

Cancellation of bought vehicle(s) will incur cause a cancellation fee.

Qualitex Trading must receive full invoice amount without any bank deductions. All bank deductions must be paid by the buyer

If payment is delayed then all expenses occur on vehicle due to delay such as storage charge or re inspection will be borne by the buyer.

Consignee and notifying party changes are allowed only in certain conditions but charged additionally.

Qualitex Trading offers limited claim policy for all vehicles which are bought from Qualitex Trading.

Physical Condition:

All vehicle are available for sales on 'As-is Where-is' basis. Qualitex Trading buys vehicles from Japanese auction or reliable sellers on the same 'As-is Where-is' basis. To facilitate Qualitex trading also upload photos for each car once it is transported to our yard. The vehicle Exterior / Interior grades are shown on the detail page for the selected unit. Therefore, Qualitex Trading will not accept any claim regarding possible faults and defects, whether minor or major, after the shipment. Buyer must check the photos carefully and consult sales staff in case of any doubt or confusion before making the final deal,.

Qualitex Trading does not accept claims in the following areas:

Maintenance of the following:

wheel alignment, balancing or rotation; wiper blade; engine drive belts; spark plugs; filters; fuses; all batteries; all hoses and clamps; oils, lubricants, fluids, refrigerants and coolants; brake pads and rotors; brake shoes and drums; suspension dampers (shock absorbers/strut elements); exhaust systems; tires.

Defects in car body and interior:

Paint; glass; headlamps; bulbs; mirrors; ; body and chassis dents ; body seals and gaskets; interior and exterior trim, moldings, and fasteners; upholstery, headliner, carpeting, floor and trunk mats; convertible roof water leaks; window or body noises; wheels; damage due to rust, corrosion, or contamination,

Faults in accessories:

Radio/cassette player, telephone, navigation system, CD changer, or any components of those systems; non-original equipment parts, components or accessories.

Shipment delay::

No claim will be accepted if shipment is delayed or canceled due to shipping line's re-scheduling. In case of delayed shipment, buyer can demand the refund of the sent amount. Qualitex Trading will refund the amount received without any deduction. Qualitex Trading will also refund the amount, without any deduction, to buyer if Qualitex Trading cancels the shipment for indefinite period.

Damage in Shipment:

Qualitex Trading shows the images of the vehicle right after it enters into the yard. Qualitex Trading will not be responsible if damage occurs during the shipment or after the shipment. Customer can request for insurance to cover any possible loses at additional cost.

Theft:

Qualitex Trading offers no claim if the accessories shown in photos at time of purchase are stolen at yard, during the shipment or port of destination.

Sale Cancellation:

Qualitex Trading will compensate the buyer if purchased vehicle is canceled by Qualitex Trading (expect vehicles with faulty engine /transmission, vehicles which fail Inspection or are contaminated with radiation). Vehicle is considered purchased if payment has already been received. Qualitex Trading will payback the sent amount without any deduction or buy another car with same specification.

Inspection:

Qualitex Trading will accept the claim if vehicle is shipped without required certification. Engine number checkup has to be informed by the buyer beforehand and will be charged accordingly.

Container Shipment:

Qualitex Trading will not accept any claim if vehicle is damaged during the container shipment.

Delivery Delay :

Once the vessel has sailed form Japan Qualitex Trading will not accept any claim for damage arising due to delay at sea.

B/L Changes:

Qualitex Trading will not charge for amendments to client if mistake is made by Qualitex Trading. Qualitex Trading will charge the buyer if mistake over the B/L is due to incorrect information provided by the buyer.
